Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or contract, **all sales are final**. Due to the nature of our business consulting, online content creation, marketing, and web development services, once work has commenced or services have been rendered, we are unable to offer refunds.

2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Failure to Deliver Services: If Nathaniel Jones LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, and no work has commenced, a refund may be issued.

  • Overpayment: In the event of an accidental overpayment, we will refund the excess amount.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment has been made more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment.

Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted in writing to eric@nathanieljonesllc.com within 14 days of the original transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

 

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for consultations or assessments are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

  • Completed Services: Services that have been completed or partially completed are not eligible for a refund.

  • Deposits and Retainers: Any deposits or retainers paid to initiate services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made prior to the start of work may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable administrative fees or expenses already incurred.
